Cayenne pepper is good for the blood and basically does four things:

A) Cayenne pepper is a powerful blood thinner... and does not cause internal bleeding, as can be triggered by aspirin, for example.

B) Cayenne pepper “wanders” through the arteries and veins and, if it finds bleeding, it closes the bleeding vessel. Hmmm ... how does that work? On the one hand, it thins the blood and on the other hand, it closes bleeding vessels? Well, because it's a super plant ;-) Mother Nature is simply ingenious! In his book “Back to Eden”, which has sold millions of copies, author Jethro Kloss devotes ten pages to cayenne pepper!

C) Cayenne pepper not only thins the blood, but also strengthens the three layers of the arterial walls (intima, media and adventitia). So it is an interesting powder for anyone who has problems with their arteries.

D) Fourthly, cayenne pepper opens capillaries (capillaries form a fine network in the organs and tissues of the body and enable the exchange of substances between blood and tissue. Cayenne pepper promotes and increases blood flow within the capillaries; this means that it is great for blood circulation.

Tip: Start by dissolving ¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder in a little lukewarm water. Three times a day. If you take the glass with your meal, it will help your body to digest it better, because cayenne pepper helps to boost the enzymes. And don't worry, it won't burn like fire; it will irritate a little... but after a short time everything will feel normal. After a few days, you can increase the dose to ½ teaspoon... if you feel like it.
