The magic Apple-Tea

Hi everyone... how would you like to turn your health around? In a positive way, of course ;-)

I am delighted to share with you a super simple recipe that cannot be compared with gold or diamonds!

>• a recipe for anyone who (has to) do a lot of mental work...
>• a recipe to alleviate physical problems...
>• a recipe that I was lucky enough to discover a good 40 years ago...
>• a recipe that really packs a punch...

As you probably already know, apples are one of the healthiest foods that nature has given us.

The nutrients (vitamins, minerals, etc.) found in an unsprayed and organic apple alone are like a richly laid table with everything that enriches our body and mind.

Vitamin B1 (ensures the maintenance of nerve and heart muscle tissue as well as growth).

Vitamin B2 (plays an important role in normal cell function, cell growth and cell development).

Vitamin B6 (promotes normal protein and glycogen metabolism, optimizes the function of the immune system, helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue and, last but not least, promotes the formation of red blood cells).

Vitamin E (scavenges radicals that attack the fatty acids of the body's cells and thus makes an important contribution to protecting the blood vessels and against arteriosclerosis).

Vitamin C (has an antioxidant effect, which means that, like vitamin E, it intercepts harmful compounds such as free radicals and reactive oxygen species, thus protecting the cells and molecules in the body from damage... and supports the formation of connective tissue (collagen), bones and teeth).

Potassium (helps maintain the acid-base balance, plays an important role in the transmission of nerve impulses... and is thus important for muscle contractions, heart function and the regulation of blood pressure).

Calcium (is responsible for the mineralization of bones and teeth as well as for the formation of hard tissue... and is important for healthy growth and a smooth functioning of the metabolism).

Folic acid (indispensable for cell division and the formation of new cells, plays an important role in iron and vitamin B12 metabolism... and makes an enormous contribution to protection against cardiovascular diseases).

Pectins (act as dietary fiber and lower cholesterol levels, counteract arteriosclerosis, accelerate satiety and support healthy digestion by positively influencing the intestinal flora).

Polyphenols (have various antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The effects of polyphenols are being investigated in various diseases, including autoimmune diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 1, rheumatism and multiple sclerosis).

Phosphate (in addition to calcium, the most important mineral for the body and essential for the formation of bones and teeth. In addition, phosphate has important biological functions in the energy metabolism of cells, among other things).

Phosphoric acid (has antimicrobial properties and plays an extremely important role in all living things, e.g. as a component of the nucleic acids RNA and DNA as well as of bones).

So... enough about chemistry ;-) By the way: with an average of just under 55 kilocalories and around six grams of fructose per 100 grams, the apple is a light food.
